We respect the confidentiality of our customers, suppliers, and website visitors. This policy outlines the personal data we collect, why we process it, and how you can exercise your rights.
We gather contact details, company information, bill of materials, and project requirements that you provide through forms, email, or commercial engagements. Our hosting infrastructure also records standard technical logs (such as browser type and IP address) for security and reliability purposes. We do not currently run third-party analytics or behavioural tracking tools on this site.
Information is used to prepare sourcing proposals, manage supplier onboarding, deliver logistics updates, comply with trade regulations, and maintain security. We do not sell or lease your personal data.
We share data only with vetted partners necessary to deliver our services (freight forwarders, inspection partners, auditors) and when required by law. All partners sign confidentiality and data-processing agreements.
Project records are retained for up to seven years to satisfy audit and customs obligations. We employ encrypted storage, role-based access, and regular vulnerability assessments to safeguard your information.
You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data by emailing contact@toptec.com.sg. We respond within 30 days to all verified requests.
