This policy explains how TOPTEC GLOBAL PTE. LTD. handles personal data received through this public website and our business-enquiry channels.
TOPTEC GLOBAL PTE. LTD. (UEN: 201932202N) is responsible for personal data covered by this policy. The policy applies to this public website, contact-form submissions, email and telephone enquiries, and business communications before an engagement. A signed agreement or separate notice may describe additional processing for a specific engagement.
We may receive your name, company name, job title, business contact details, enquiry type, enquiry content, and communications you choose to send. Our hosting provider also processes routine request logs, which may include an IP address, browser information, requested page, timestamp, and security events. Please do not upload or paste sensitive KYC documents, passports, identity documents, bank details, passwords, or confidential transaction documents into the public contact form.
We use personal data to respond to enquiries, assess potential engagements, communicate about requested services, maintain business records, protect the website, investigate misuse, comply with applicable obligations, and establish or defend legal claims. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, processing may be based on consent, steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations, or legitimate business interests.
Netlify provides website hosting and contact-form processing, and Zoho provides business email services. Google Maps is contacted only if you choose to load or open a map. Where an enquiry becomes an engagement, information may also be shared on a need-to-know basis with relevant logistics, inspection, professional-advisory, technology, or other service providers; transaction parties; and public authorities where required or permitted. We do not sell personal data.
Our organisation and service providers may process personal data outside the country where it was collected, including in Singapore and locations where a provider or engagement participant operates. Where applicable law requires it, we use contractual or other appropriate measures intended to provide a comparable standard of protection. You may contact us for further information relevant to your request.
General enquiries that do not become an engagement are normally retained for up to 12 months after the last substantive interaction. Spam and invalid enquiries may be retained for up to 90 days for abuse prevention. Contract, transaction, shipping, customs, tax, and dispute records may be retained for up to seven years after completion, or longer where applicable law, an active claim, or an agreed requirement makes that necessary. We delete or de-identify data when it is no longer required.
We use organisational and technical measures intended to protect personal data in light of its nature and the relevant risks. Access and disclosure are limited according to business need and approved processes. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure, and this public website is not a secure document exchange. An approved transfer method should be agreed before sensitive commercial material is sent.
This site does not intentionally use third-party behavioural analytics or advertising trackers. Routine browser storage may be used for essential website or installable-shortcut functions. A Google Maps resource is not loaded until you choose to use it; Google then handles information under its own terms and privacy policy. Links to other websites are governed by those websites' notices.
Subject to applicable law, you may ask about our processing or request access, correction, withdrawal of consent, restriction, objection, portability, or deletion where the relevant right applies. You may also raise a concern with the competent data-protection authority. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where the law permits or requires it.
