These terms apply to this public information website. Any quotation, order, cargo, shipment, or other commercial engagement is governed by its separately agreed transaction documents.
This website is operated by TOPTEC GLOBAL PTE. LTD. (UEN: 201932202N). By using the site, you agree to these Website Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site. These terms do not by themselves appoint TOPTEC as your agent, supplier, adviser, fiduciary, broker, or representative.
Website content is provided for general corporate and service information. It is not a quotation, offer, warranty, certification, investment recommendation, technical or product-specification advice, legal advice, customs advice, or commitment to supply.
Submitting a form, email, request for information, or request for quotation does not create a contract and does not require either party to proceed. A quotation is subject to its stated validity period, assumptions, scope, availability, due diligence, approvals, and incorporated terms.
