These terms explain how you may use our website, request proposals, and engage our sourcing, manufacturing, and logistics services.
2. Proposals & pricing
Quotations remain valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Pricing assumes the scope, specifications, and schedules provided. Changes may result in revised lead times or commercial terms.
3. Confidentiality
We treat shared drawings, BOMs, and forecasts as confidential. Mutual NDAs are available upon request, and we require the same level of confidentiality from customers for our proprietary information.
4. Compliance & export controls
Customers are responsible for ensuring supplied specifications do not violate export control laws. We may decline projects that involve sanctioned destinations or restricted end uses.
5. Liability
Our liability for any claim is limited to the lesser of service fees paid or USD 50,000. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from project delays or supplier defaults.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute shall be resolved through good faith negotiation, followed by mediation or arbitration administered in Singapore if required.
